Heat countermeasures and environmental improvement: Visualizing the heat within the factory and utilizing it for environmental improvement.
Visualizing heat to utilize for heatstroke measures and environmental improvement! Automatic aggregation and graphing of measurement values / NETIS registered product.
NETIS Registration Number: KT-220185-A We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the environmental monitoring cloud "SisMil" at Company C, a manufacturer and seller of automotive parts. The company faced challenges with the measurement and analysis of the heat index (WBGT) and radiant heat from buildings and equipment, which required considerable effort. After the introduction of our product, they were able to receive and confirm the heat index in real-time, and the workload for graphing measurement data was significantly reduced. [Case Overview] ■Challenges - A working environment with a WBGT of 28°C or lower was required to prevent heatstroke among workers. - There was considerable effort involved in measuring and analyzing WBGT and radiant heat from buildings and equipment. ■Effects - The heat index on-site can now be received and confirmed in real-time. - The workload for graphing measurement data has been greatly reduced. - High-risk time periods for heat exposure have been clarified. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
